Mary Alice Adams
Mary Alice Adams, 84, of Mitchellville, Maryland, passed away
on Thursday, April 17, 2008, at a Maryland nursing facility.
Born on March 31, 1924, in Putnam, Ohio, she was the daughter
of the late Carrie C. Lewis Taylor and Walter O. Taylor.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, George O. Adams;
and by two brothers and a sister. Survivors include her four children,
George F. Marrone of Charlottesville, Carrie M. Sealock of Charlottesville,
Robert T. Marrone and his wife, Joyce, of Crozet and Carl J. Marrone of Hyattsville, Maryland;
a sister, Katherine Roberts of Crofton, Maryland;
and two brothers, Melvin Hartung and his wife, Gail, of Troy,
and Earl Taylor; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on 11 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2008,
at Holly Memorial Gardens with the Reverend John Green officiating.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 8 p.m. Sunday, April 20, 2008,
at the Hill and Wood Funeral Home.
