Betty Kathleen Anderson, 69, of South Sioux City died Monday,
Dec. 16, 2002, at Regency Square Care Center in South Sioux City.
As to her wishes, the body was cremated. No services are
planned. Arrangements are under the direction of Christy-Smith Berkemier Chapel.
Mrs. Anderson was born Nov. 19, 1933, in Battle Creek, Iowa,
the daughter of Lindstrom and Dora (Bentall) Pedersen.
She moved to Sioux City in 1942 and had lived here ever since.
She attended Sioux City Public Schools.
Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Christine and
Robert Lee of Norman, Okla.; two grandsons, Aaron and Joshua Lee,
both of Norman; two nephews, Lindy Pedersen and his wife, Tammy,
of Sioux City and Tim Pedersen of Granite City, Ill.; a niece and her husband,
Debi and Paul Braun of Columbus, Neb.; a sister-in-law, Jean Beller
of Sioux City; and five great-nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Cynthia Jean Anderson;
and a brother, Lindstrom Pedersen Jr.
